At Mycosmoss, we want you to love everything you order. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Our returns and exchanges process is simple, friendly, and designed to make your shopping experience stress-free.
Easy Returns
Changed your mind or the fit isn’t perfect? You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Return
Email us at support@mycosmoss.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Send the items back to the address we provide.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, simply let us know in your return request. We’ll do our best to get your new item shipped to you as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Costs
Returns due to a change of mind: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns due to defective or incorrect items: we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
International Returns
We accept returns from the United States and European countries where we ship. Please note that international customers are responsible for any shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

During busy periods like holidays, Black Friday, or extreme weather events, processing times may be slightly longer. Thanks for your patience!
